• PSIRA & SASSETA Approved Training

The following checks and procedures are implemented by Executive Management during the stringent staff selection and recruitment process:

• Confirmation of PSIRA Registration
• Language, literacy and communication skills testing
• Hard skills assessments (Driving, firearms and medical)
• Background and criminal record investigation
• Thorough character reference and employment history
